The Fairies, Dolls and I are combining our stop motion adventures with crochet, connecting two worlds that have existed separately for years. \ud83d\udc95<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, I started <a href=\"https:\/\/crochetbuddies.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Crochet Buddies<\/a>, a website, blog, forum, and online community for fellow crocheters to learn, create, share, and shop. \ud83e\uddf6 Crochet Buddies became an anchor over the years ~ a place to connect with others while balancing life and school. (Special thanks to my family for being incredibly supportive from the start! \ud83d\udc96)<\/p>\n<p>Then in 2020, the path of creativity changed. I had always been fascinated by stop motion animation, so the Dolls and Fairies joined me on a new adventure. That was how Plum Village Productions began. \ud83c\udfac\ud83e\uddda\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2640\ufe0f<\/p>\n<p>After rediscovering the joy of both crochet and stop motion animation, I\u2019ve decided to bring back the Crochet Buddies community as well. \ud83d\udca1<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what\u2019s been happening behind the scenes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 I rebuilt the <a href=\"https:\/\/crochetbuddies.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Crochet Buddies website<\/a> again.<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 The <a href=\"https:\/\/crochetbuddies.com\/shop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online shop<\/a> is back, with a new option to create a virtual stash of patterns.<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Newsletter has returned.<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Discussion forum is open (and membership is free).<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Patterns and tutorials are compiled, with more coming soon.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve worked really hard on the new and improved Crochet Buddies, and I hope you like it! You\u2019ll see familiar faces, including Mimi and the other Nature Fairies. \ud83e\uddda\ud83c\udffb\u200d\u2640\ufe0f It\u2019s been a joy to reread the blog as well (written by a much younger Orchid, haha).
