After the crochet pajamas adventure, the Dolls really liked the idea of matching outfits. This time they chose warmer clothes for the changing seasons ~ thanks to Mia, who wanted to meet the Autumn and Winter Fairies. 🍂❄️
Mia’s long sleeve shirt was crocheted first, then Plum’s, and finally Little Orchid’s. 🧶
When the long sleeves were finished, the girls were so excited that they ran outside as I was adding the final buttons to their shirts! 🧵
“Let’s pose as we did before!” said Mia, giggling and trying very hard to look serious. 🤭
“Be careful balancing, dears,” said Little Orchid. “Let’s try not to topple over!”
“How do we keep our balance?” asked Plum.
Mia had found a way, by leaning forward a little. She was thinking of what she would say to the Autumn and Winter Fairies.
“Hmmm, I wonder where they are….” 💭

Sometimes yarn has a habit of peeking out of the stash at exactly the right moment. While Mia was helping me look, this particular yarn whispered, “Choose me! I’m perfect for the Dolls!” And that was that. 💡
Meanwhile, the rest of this yarn waits patiently for the time it will emerge again. Perhaps someday another family member will want a matching long sleeve too. 😉
