We put a monumental amount of effort into our animations, and that is why we want to be clear about the guidelines for requesting an animation, in the interest of avoiding any back-and-forth between potential clients.
By filling out the Request A Commission form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. This acknowledgment cannot be revoked.
- Plum Village Productions reserves the right to refuse working with any potential customer (individual, company or non-profit organization), including but not limited to the fact that they might come across as:
- overly demanding
- rude
- trying to bargain down the price
- having a demeanor of entitlement
- condescending
- etc.
- We also reserve the right not to work with people promoting a specific cause that we deem does not fit who we are and what we do. This does not mean a cause isn’t good; rather, that is simply does not fit who we are and what we do. Any causes we promote are solely because we believe firmly in those causes, and will not take on work that does not resonate with who we are and what we do. Again, we have discretion as to what that is.
- We reserve the right to make changes to this Terms page at any time.
- Our policy is simple: if our way of animating doesn’t fit what you’re looking for, kindly find another animator. We do not mold our style of animating to ‘fit’ any particular individual.
